2018 Premiere Pro Warp Stabilizer Jitter

I just updated to the 2018 version a few weeks ago and warp stabilizer appears to be broken. Im on a mac with the latest operating system.

It used to perfectly stabilize stationary hand held video when the no motion selection was turned on with the 2017 version but now there appears to be a jitter in the footage like the video is moving a pixel or two back and forth at a high frequency when I use this.

At first I thought it was a preview error but it renders that way as well which is unfortunate because I shoot a lot of content handheld with that plugin in-mind.

Has anyone else have this issue or know of a way to fix it?

I sometimes seen this when I accidental added the effect twice.
