I can't get my Lightroom Classic to log in- and so no synch

I have a laptop, a desktop and my mobile lightroom. I'm unable to get the laptop to synch with mobile again. I'm away so no access to the desktop. Any clues? Some of the suggested actions under preference and mobile are not able as it seems like it's not logging in at all.

It is only possible to sync one catalog in Lr Classic. Are you using a different catalog on the laptop?

Yes, I was able to creat one collection to grab my presets from the laptop and use in the mobile. But wanted to creat another one woth separate presets. But it’s letting me synch the laptop anymore. Already logged out and in on mobile but nothing. Any thoughts? Thank you!
