Have to login again each time I restart Lightroom

Since a few days back, each time I restart Lightroom Classic CC on my computer, I have to login again for sync with Lightroom CC etc to work. Previously Lightroom used to keep me logged in even if I shut down the program. I can't find a "keep me logged in" feature or equivalent. Anyone have an idea?

Are you logging out at any time? If so, don't do that!

If that's not the problem, then try deleting your preference file. Preference file and other file locations | Lightroom Classic CC and Lightroom 6

Thanks for the suggestions. I am not logging out at any time.

And I tried deleting the preference file but that didn't change anything, unfortunately. Next time I started Lightroom I still hade to login again.
