Contact forms on the web pages do not work

Hello Community,

i have a problem:

The contact forms on the web pages do not work.

After completing and 'sending', the user receives an error message:

'The server encountered an error.'

When uploading to the FTP server you get the error message that it can not be checked if the server supports PHP.

In the case of (our web server) 'Strato', however, PHP is supported in versions 5.6 / 7 / 7.1 / 7.2. I also tested the different versions.

I have also issued PHP boost and ServersideSecurity once to test (on the advice of Strato employee). The problem remains.

>>> Muse tells us in the error message: Connection to PHP file failed. It can not be checked if the web server supports PHP, which is required for the Muse forms. Make sure the site URL specified in the FTP upload dialog box is correct.

What can we do to make Muse's contact forms work again?
