no option to upload photo

all buttons work, but the option for add a photo does not "click"  so i can't upload them. HELPPP

Do you still have a problem with this? Have you tried logging out of the Creative Cloud app and logging back in or uninstall and reinstall Lighttoom CC?

Please let us know the exact version of Lightroom you are using now? You can go to Lightroom > Help menu > System info and copy and paste the details into your next reply.
