Syncing Photo settings in develop freezes Lightroom on Windows

I can't sync settings between photos - lightroom freezes when I click the Sync.. button - no dialogue box - I have to force quit the app from Task Manager.

Any Help? Thank!

You need to tell us the exact (numbers, not latest or alike) version of your Lightroom and the version of Windows.

I updated to the most recent versions yesterday. Windows updated and then I updated to Lightroom Classic CC.

Usually 20-30 but the dialogue bix doesn’t even pop up. Even just 2 photos selected - clicking sync freezes lightroom.

Okay should be fine really. Have you tried the standard hoops like restarting Lightroom, restarting the computer and resetting Preferences?

Yes, I've restarted and reset preference. All my presets are gone now and Lightroom freezes when I click the + button to create a new preset. It also still freezes when I hit Sync.
