Whilst you might get it to run you are far short of the minimum system requirements for Photoshop CC which call for a GPU with 512MB dedicated VRAM minimum and 2GB dedicated VRAM recommended. The Iris plus has no dedicated VRAM, instead it shares the system RAM.
