how do edit a PDF so that the answers to questions are fillable?

Two things:  1)  Even though I've subscribed to Pro DC I consistently get a message indicating I'm not subscribed.  2) How can I create a document with questions so that the answers are fillable?

The record shows that you are subscribed to Acrobat Pro DC subscription on your current Adobe ID. If Acrobat Pro DC is installed on your computer, then sign out and sign back in with your current Adobe ID and password in Acrobat and see if this removes the error message.
