Screwed up with camera settings. How to edit this pic?

It was Christmas and in the chaos I didn't pay attention to my camera settings. smack head.These are family photos that I'm trying to salvage. I did shoot in RAW. The noise, the underexposure... I can't even...

So I used Noise Reduction but the details are lost and the person looks weirdly smooth when zoomed out. Help, anyone?
