Hi,

I am a long-time Adobe user and have had a load of software installed on my current machine for a number of years, but recently when I try to open a new document...

In Photoshop...

In Illustrator...

In InDesign...

With Photoshop, at least if I press "Enter" I still get a new document, but with the other two, I simply cannot create a new document at all...

WHAT DO I DO? WHERE CAN I REPORT THIS? HOW CAN I GET HELP?

Thanks,

Gaius

Why has this been moved from Creative Cloud to Photoshop?

It is NOT a Photoshop specific issue.

It is an ADOBE CREATIVE CLOUD specific issue that affects a variety of Creative Cloud products including but not limited to Photoshop.

If you are going to copy it to Photoshop forum, please also copy it to InDesign and Illustrator forums.

To repeat; the issue is widespread across the entire suite of Creative Cloud products.

You have a fundamental issue here that needs fixing.
