When I combine different pdf-files to one pdf-file, I often have trouble with showing the combined file because the different pages in the combined pdf-file shows with different zoom-level. I have tried to go around this trouble with marking the document as "open in fullscreen". It works, but I would like to avoid using this function, because it will make it easier for others to use and read the document if all pages have the same zoom level. How can I solve this one?

The problem is not the zoom level, but the page sizes. If you have Acrobat Pro DC you can use the Preflight tool to scale the pages.
Alternatively, you can use this tool I've developed to do it: Custom-made Adobe Scripts: Acrobat -- Scale PDF Pages
