Radius around cursor

Hey Guys,

So, I have encountered an issue when using my tools that show a radius around the cursor. The radius has disappeared. This makes using the healing brushes extremely difficult. Any idea on how to get it to reappear?

Figured it out! It was because the Cap Lock was on (just in case anyone else was wondering ).

Nothing to do with Brush Smoothing with Pulled String turned on then?
