Enige tijd geleden heb ik de proefversies  A. Illustrator en A Indesign gedownload.

Sinds enige tijd is mijn mac nu bijzonder traag geworden en krijg ik een melding bij de opstart (bijlage)

Op de knop repareren drukken helpt niet, het probleem blijft.

uninstall everything cc including preferences, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html

then uninstall the cc desktop app, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

restart your computer (don't skip this)

reinstall the cc desktop app, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud.

if you're unable to install the cc desktop app at this stage, use an administrator account (solution 3 here, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-missing-damaged.html)

use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials

something (cleaner, av etc) is removing needed files when you shut your computer down or when you start your computer.

adobe support may (or may not) help you track that down if you can't find it yourself.

Wederom deze ochtend bij het opstarten van mijn Mac weer dezelfde problemen, met dezelfde notificatie als hierboven.

Ik heb geprobeerd om via http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/service-ccm.html​ de chat chat functie te benaderen, maar kom steeds weer op dit forum uit...

Na een aantal weken GEEN Adobe te hebben geïnstalleerd, was het probleem opgelost. Oftewel: GEEN Adobe = GEEN  crash / trage computer.

Recent weer een proefversie geïnstalleerd en problemen begonnen weer van begin af aan...

Ik verwacht een goede oplossing van Adobe, aangezien ik binnenkort een aantal programma s wil aanschaffen... Maar niet zonder dit probleem opgelost te hebben.

Hi,

try these steps:-

Close the CC application from Activity monitor and end all the tasks from activity monitor related to Adobe and CC and download the CC app from the link mentioned below.

Download Creative Cloud desktop app

Select the option Download from Adobe.com, than run the setup downloaded, it repair your application and you will be able to use your application.
