Just installed acrobat pro dc and the "fill and sign" tool is missing

you may have installed additional language support, I believe this feature is only usable when English is the only language selected.

Thank you, I have tried that and it works.

But if this indeed is the case this is annoying.  It worked ok in previous versions, why go back?

I do need to use other languages except for English.  In fact, I need to use Hebrew, which is a right-to-left written language. It makes no sense that I will not be able to do so.

Please let me know if this bug (it clearly is a bug) is going to be fixed or should I consider going back to a previous (and better) version of Acrobat.

I don't work for Adobe, so I am unable to advise on development questions.  Glad the language change fixed it.
