Hello,

I have problem with opening pdf 3d. an error appears: a 3d data parsing error has occurred.

I searched a lot of forums and and I didn't find the answer.

Could you help me?

Would it be possible if you can share the pdf file with us to replicate the issue at our end? You may refer to the steps given in this link on : How to share a file using Adobe Document Cloud

Also, have you tried the steps suggested in this link- Acrobat XI "A 3d data parsing error has occured" in Windows 10 ?

Go in the Adobe cache folder:

C:\Users\[user]\AppData\Local\Adobe\Acrobat

Then rename the folders:

DC --> DC_old

and

2015 --> 2015_old

This is a temporary fix  for me. I've done this a few times but the next day or 2 days later it stops working again. 

Anyone else got a fix that's more permanent?
