Unable to move photos - sit and spin blue circle

Arrghh!  My power was inadvertently shut off (cord was pulled from back of iMac) and now Lightroom gives me a warning box of Unable to move photos with a spinning blue circle.  I cannot get it to resume working.  What do I do now?

Have you tried quitting and logging out and in of the Creative Cloud App?

Also, is it possible to post a screen grab of the message

Thank you, this is the screen shot and I do not know how to log in and out of the creative cloud app. It is probably as simple as that!
