Color Range Mask Eyedropper Offset

When using the color range mask in any selection, the color selection is made at some distance from the actual eyedropper, When I have watched tutorial videos about this feature, the selection has always been at the point of the eyedropper, This happens on a single click or drag selection.White balance eyedropper and transform/upright guides are off by a similar amount,

Windows 10 with 3 monitors (same effect if I turn off 2 of the monitors) GPU Nvidia GTX 780 (same effect not using GPU)

Problem was caused in preferences by using increased font size, Switched back to automatic and problem disappeared
