After update to 19.1.0 photoshop doesn't start in the workmodus

I will start in this modus:

photoshop-2.jpg

The adjustment to this will not be saved in the preferences.

Photoshop always starts to this:

photoshop-1.jpg

Rest of preferences or a new install doesn't help.

Hi

If I understand your question correctly, you do not want Photoshop to open with the "Start" workspace in your second screenshot.

If so, go to Preferences > General and uncheck - "Show Start workspace when no documents are open"
