Simple Question - Toggle from healing brush to hand

This is so simple but I can't figure it out.  When I am using the healing brush and have the image magnified to say 4:1, then I need to move from one eye to the next... how do I quickly change the healing brush to the hand so I can move around in the image?  I know there's a shortcut because I've seen someone doing it in a tutorial but I don't know what the shortcut is.  Please help.  As it is, I'm moving over to the navigator and selecting a spot that way but there is definitely a better way when you are taking out wrinkles and blemishes...

Hold down the shift key.

HI.  Thanks for answering.  That's not working. I have a Mac.  Does that change something?

I should add that I have a Mac.  I just got a response that I can't find on here, to hold down the shift key but that's not working.
