Odd grid appearing in Photoshop

Can anyone help me to diagnosis whats going on with my photoshop to cause this to happen?Screen Shot 2018-02-03 at 10.52.32 PM.png

Looks to be a graphics card problem, but I'm not sure what model Mac you are running.

Can you go into Photoshop > Preferences >Performance and uncheck "Use Graphics Processor"?

Restart Ps and see if it goes away.
