Error guideguide plugin in cs6 photoshop

Hello everyone, let me ask about the plugin guideguide bug in pt cs6.  The guideguide plugin does not work, how to fix it? I designed the web interface so very need to use it, but failed to display the contents of the column vs line. Who knows how to fix this error help me with. Thanks everyone
