Black screen on the beginning

Hu, i have issue with Photoshop 2018 CC. When I open photoshop I see nothing beside black screen and the top panel. I cant open the images, PS shows weight and the name od the file but i cant see the image. Help me please!

Does turning off »Use Graphics Processor« in the Performance Preferences (Photoshop > Preferences > Performance > Graphic Processor Settings) and restarting Photoshop have any bearing on the issue?

I checked it and PS is using Graphic Processor. I also try to install new drivers to my graphic card and reinstall PS but still the same problem. Have no idea what else can I do.. 😕

And of course i try to turn on and off Graphic Processor and its doesnt affect the problem.
