I have set up my Certificate ID, using Adobe Acrobat Pro DC. I have selected the option to show my signature reason, but when I Digitally Sign the document, there is no option for me to type or select my signature reason.

This was a very simple task on my Adobe Acrobat XI, but now that my program has been updated to Pro DC I am lost. Please help!!

Is there a way to add my own reason to my digital certificate instead of the few drop down options it gives?
