Raw Crop lines can't get ride of

In raw I made these crop lines and now I can't get rid of them.  I put it in PS and when I went back to the image on the contact sheet it still has it marked

Can you please tell me how to get back to original

Delete the ACR setting for the RAW file. Raw data is never changed. Your CR2 file should still be good..
