When attempting to import a video into Photoshop (CC2018 and Mac Pro Sierra) file loads halfway and then error message : Could not complete your request because the DynamicLink Media Server is not available. (Clearly there in Documents).

Works perfectly well on my iMac. I can find nothing helpful in the forums or on the web. We have uninstalled Photoshop and reinstalled and restarted. Nothing makes any difference.
