Green(ish) hue in photoshop and bridge but not anywhereelse?

just noticed that am getting green hue in PS and bridge?

my monitor is calibrated and just installed windows10 with fresh install of PS and bridge so all settings would be default. Tried disabling graphics card but issue remaied...anyone could help?Thanks in advance.

After having a closer look it looks like i can’t get true red anywhere in app? Color picker, or hue/sat adjustment would show brown(ish) rather than red? And it’s only on adobe aplications...
