Rotate tool and liquify don't work

Hi, guys!

I have some problems! Even with GPU processor activated, the 'rotate tool' and the 'liquify filter' don't work in Photoshop 2018. I think is not a problem with hardware because all of then are updated. It's important to point that, I don't know why, my Photoshop was working properly for some days since last week, but now the problem is back.

When issues come up suddenly of things that used to work but suddenly don't. It's often that the preferences need to be reset. I would try that; however, it sounds like you might be having issues with your graphics card. Is it an Intel card? I have had a lot of issues with Intel graphics cards working then not working. PS has a sniffer program that detects if your graphics card is working. if the sniffer doesn't get the proper response back from the card, it will disable things in PS, like the rotate tool.

The Graphic Processor is checked in my Preferences Performance.

Actually, if it is on or off, the tool rotate does not work anyway...

About the liquify filter, if GPU is checked, the filter does not work, if it is unchecked, it works with restrictions...

I would check the Intel site to see if the is a newer device driver for your Intek HD Graphic 5500 chip the one you have install is dataed 2016.....
