I am trying to troubleshoot the error "Cannot find or create the font ArialMT" for one of our users. She converts Powerpoints into pdf and merges them, to then send the merged pdf's onward. The error occours after the merging when the pdf is opened. The pdf file doesn't look damaged.
I have ofcourse confirmed that the font is in fact installed. Have anyone heard about this issue. Is there some setting in powerpoint that needs to be checked before converting to pdf?
