Hello,
Today my system crashed (BSOD) for whatever reason (probably a driver-issue). Nothing to do with Photoshop I think.
But when I restarted my system and started Photoshop all my 'personal' settings were gone, the program has set all settings back to default. So my actions I created, my brushes etc. were all gone.
Of course I know how to save those things, but..............haven't done that the last few months. So I was wondering, is there a way to save those things automaticly? For example, when I shut Photoshop that it saves all my actions, my brushes etc. So whenever my system crashes again I can set back those settings.
Kind regards.

Some of this could be achieved with Scripting and Script Events Manager, I guess.
But if I understand your intention correctly that might result in a couple hundred atn, abr, … etc. files a year (depending on your Photoshop use) if all of those get saved anew on each quit.

I was thinking in a way like this: Saving all the actions in 1 file (and everytime you close Photoshop that file gets overwritten). So you only have 1 file for the actions. The same for the brushes. Or maybe combine all those things in 1 file. And whenever Photoshop has reset itsself to a default, you load that file and it sets back your actions, brushes, etc.
