Can't Print PDF files only save them to file

Tried to Print out my "TurboTax" But all that happens is the save window pops up,if I try to save and print from the the same thing happens like i'm in a loop! iT WAS SUGGESTED. "You are using the "print to file" option" I've looked on the pDF,on the Brother printer bur can't find the option.The only time I us that is when I scan ti file.....Turbotax,brother both say not our problem.I did switch over to" Fox It" just so I could print the document,but save all my files to PDF and I definately don't want to PAY for Fox IT

        Ahambo,You were right ti was a checked option "print to

file"Brother couldn't help me,they ref'd me to Dell who originally

transferred all my files to Administrator on my desktop.luckily this am

when I checkedI was unhappy with the results of the xfer and wanted to

restart back into my old access.The guy I got this time(this is Dell

premium support)was a bulldog and damn if he didn't fing in in the

advanced section..just thout you would like to know
