CC Desktop fragt nach Proxy-Kennwörtern, bleibt ansonsten leer

Hallo an alle,

seit heute stellt sich die Creative Cloud Desktop dumm und fragt nach einem Proxy-Kennwort und einem Proxy-Benutzernamen. Ich sitze in einem Firmennetzwerk und habe schon etliche Seiten zum Thema durchsucht, aber:

Ich kann keine Adobe-Server auf eine Whitelist setzen.

Ich kann nirgendwo in der CC-App Proxydaten eingeben.

Ich kenne keine Proxy-Passwörter etc.

Mein Rechenzentrum wird für Adobe sicherlich keine Ausnahmeregelungen erstellen.

Was ist also zu tun, um diese plötzliche Demenz zu beheben?

Hi Amarok365,

As I understand Creative Cloud application is asking for a Proxy password. I request you to please go through the help document where this has been discussed: Proxy support in Adobe Creative Cloud Products.

So far, so unfine. The topic says
"Enter the credentials for the proxy server and select to save."

I am not allowed to obtain any proxy configuration or credentials. And on top of that: CC has worked a few months without any asking, so everything worked fine. No solution this time, sorry.
