I have an issue with a Windows 10 update basically stopping Photoshop CC 2018 working on my PC. I've been going round and round in circles in support and always get directed back to the forum. One response in 6 hours and I'm not convinced it has the solution. Does anyone have a suggestion as to how to contact Adobe? Chat would be fine but I can't even seem to be able to initiate that.
it's not easy so you're better off exhausting forum solutions while you're trying to connect. eg,
