Acrobat could not access the recognition service.

New tried couple solution but all ways got an error message attached bellow.

Application = Adobe pro DC

Solution applied So for:

1- copy that dll file in parent folder.

2- Reinstall application.

3- Installed latest updates.

Please help.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused, as per the description above, you are getting an error message that Adobe Reader is not able to access the Paper capture recognition service, Is that correct?

Please try resetting the preferences of Adobe Reader, to reset the preferences refer to How to reset Acrobat Preference settings to default.

Reboot the machine and see if this brings any difference.

If the issue persists, please use the Acrobat cleaner tool to remove Adobe Reader completely Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs

Reboot the machine and install the Adobe Reader from Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution

No Luck yet.

- Tried to reset preferences.

- Uninstalled app using your cleaner tool, rebooted system.

- Installed application again but still not working.

its win 7 pro, 64 bit installed.

and adobe version is

Thank you for the additional information. As per the screenshot, you are trying to install Acrobat Pro DC.

Please create a test user profile with full admin rights and try to install Acrobat Pro DC Download Pro or Standard versions of Acrobat DC, 2017, XI, or X
