I have no idea wtf is going on. It just stopped working. Works in the library module. Reset settings all.

The 7.1 update breaks it! Downgraded all is fine.

Adobe broke the shortcut in 7.1. Please add your constructive opinion to the bug report in the official Adobe feedback forum: Lightroom: Keyboard shortcut for incrementing slider values doesn't work (German, Italian, Japanese,... Also, click Me Too in the upper-right corner. This will make it a little more likely they will prioritize a fix, and you'll be notified when the bug's status changes.
