J'ai acheté adobe acrobat DC (version annuelle). Quand j'ai voulu l'installer j'ai été bloqué par l'erreur 18. J'ai alors installé les permissions comme indiqué sur les forum, mais en le réinstallant j'ai encore été bloqué par l'erreur 16. De plus on me demande de repayer!

Quelqu'un peut-il m'aider ?

We apologize for the inconvenience caused, as per the description above, you are getting error code 16 with Acrobat Pro DC, Is that correct?

Please refer to the following KB doc and try the troubleshooting steps Configuration error in Adobe Creative Cloud or Adobe Creative Suite  Link: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/creative-cloud/kb/configuration-error-cs5.html

If the issue persists, please use Acrobat cleaner tool to remove Acrobat Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs  Reboot the machine and install Acrobat back from Download Pro or Standard versions of Acrobat DC, 2017, XI, or X
