i cannot buy photography plan

after i choose photography plan then click BUY NOW, browser redirect to https://creative.adobe.com/join/photography but this page not load. it still blank page. what happen and how to fix it.

I try many times and i try every internet service providers in my country, ... NOT  CHANGE.

yes, i tried Opera, google chrome, microsoft edge and firefox.
