non riesco a stampare con i settaggi della stampante

Chiedo per favore se sapete come fare, dopo che ho impostato in Photo Shop "gestione colore gestito dalla stampante" 

e nella stampante nel "modo" colore un profilo (esempio Adobe RGB) impedire dopo OK  per stampare, a Photo Shop di

rimettere automaticamente "Gestione colore effettuata da Photoshop" e nella stampante "OF(nessuna regolazione colore)".

Ho provato tutti i modi possibili ma senza risultati

Ho reinstallato i Driver della stampante ma non cambia nulla e contattato la Epson mi dicono che dipende da Photoshop

Succede con qualunque carta o profilo colore. Con 2 stampanti (Epson Stylus Photo R3000 e Epson Stylus Photo P50).

Io imposto Photoshop con "Gestione colore effettuata dalla stampante"  poi imposto sulla stampante la carta e il profilo colore, quando do l'OK per la stampa Photoshop cambia da solo in "Gestione colore effettuata da Photoshop" e non mi permette di stampare con i profili della stampante. Se torno ai settaggi della stampante mi trovo (cambiato da sola) "OF(nessuna regolazione colore)"  Ho provato di tutto ma succede sempre la stessa cosa e non riesco a stampare con i profili della stampante che sono migliori e più fedeli.

Ho tentato di contattare qualche tecnico di Adobe ma non c'è modo di farlo. La sede in Italia ha un numero (039/6899710) che non risponde nessuno  e un altro (N. 039/ 65501) che mi dice di chiamare Dublino (Irlanda) che parlano italiano !!!!???? 0031/205820867 ma anche qui non risponde nessuno.

Spero che tu riesca a darmi una soluzione.

Have you tried to print different photographs and this happens every time? Or does it only happen with one particular photograph?

Try pressing the spacebar before selecting File > Print. This will reset any printing preferences embedded in the photograph. Then redo your settings as desired in the Photoshop print menu and printer menu. Do they still change back to "Photoshop manages color"?

Ho anche inserito il cd della versione (che sto usando da tempo con molta soddisfazione senza problemi) di "Adobe Photoshop

CS5 Extended" e ho avviato la procedura di istallazione che è stata regolare, ma ho notato che alcuni settaggi personalizzati

(azioni da me creati, stati storia ecc.) non sono cambiati.

Dovevo forse prima disinstallare la versione istallata?

Spero di non averti disturbato troppo e abusato della tua pazienza ma il problema è importante e se non è risolvibile dovrò

formattare l'HD e reinstallare tutti i programmi.

You're not disturbing me at all. I just hope we can find a solution. Definitely don't reformat the hard drive. There are less extreme fixes to try first!

You mentioned in the last reply that you are using CS5, is that correct? This behavior has occurred for a few users of that version of Photoshop. I'm not sure why it happens. It seems like Photoshop gets confused about your printer, but I'm not sure. Anyway, there are several options that may help. They are listed below. If one works, you don't have to try the others.

OPTION 1

1. Close Photoshop and navigate to printers. If you are on Windows, they are under Start/Settings > Devices and Printers. If you are on Mac, they are under System Preferences > Printers and Scanners.
2. If there are duplicates of your printer, which sometimes happens when you reinstall, delete them all.
3. Reinstall the printer and try again to print from Photoshop using "Printer Manages Colors". It should now remain.

OPTION 2

1. As in Option 1, close Photoshop and navigate to printers on your computer.
2. Make a different printer than the one you are currently using the default.
3. Reopen Photoshop, select File > Print and set "Printer Manages Colors".
4. Close Photoshop and go back to the printer menu on your computer. Reset the original printer as default.
5. Try printing from Photoshop. "Printer Manages Colors" should now remain.

OPTION 3

1. As in Option 1, close Photoshop and navigate to printers on your computer.
2. Rename your printer.
3. Reopen Photoshop and select your renamed printer and "Printer Manages Colors"
4. Try printing from Photoshop. "Printer Manages Colors" should now remain.

OPTION 4

This one is more of a workaround than a solution. It should correct the issue until the next time you print with "Photoshop Manages Colors". Then you will have to repeat the steps below if you want to return to "Printer Manages Colors".

1. Select "Printer Manages Colors", and then click done to close the Photoshop Print dialogue box.
2. Re-open the dialogue box by selecting File > Print and go immediately to "Print Settings" at the top to set the options for your printer.
3. Now when you return to the Photoshop Print dialogue box, "Printer Manages Colors" should now remain.

OPTION 5

Reset your Preferences in Photoshop ​(scroll down in that help document for how to reset).

I hope one of those options helps. Let us know how it goes.

Sono molto felice che tu abbia cosi tanta pazienza.

Le opzioni N1-N2-N3 e la N5 le avevo già tentate. Perché ho tre stampanti con

driver

diversi (R800-P50 e la R3000) e il problema si manifesta con tutte le

stampanti, ho

reinstallato i driver, le ho rinominate, ecc. ma tutto inutile. Questa

mattina ho eseguito

anche la N4 e anche lei non funziona.

Avevo anche reinstallato il CS5 però scioccamente (in un'altra occasione

aveva funzionato)

eliminandolo dal "Pannello di controllo> Programmi e funzionalità" , ma non

è servito perché

ho visto che erano rimasti dei settaggi e delle azioni che avrebbero dovuti

sparire. Cosi ho

fatto la cosa che avrei dovuto fare sin dall'inizio, pulire bene tutto con

CCeaner, pulire il registro

di Wind e usare Unistaller per essere sicuro di cancellare tutti i residui

del programma ed

eventuali file o stringhe di comando che di default impongono dei comandi

preinstallati.

Ebbene cosi l'istallazione e come se fosse la prima e ha funzionato, ora

posso usare Photoshop

(che amo) in sinergia con la mia stampante Epson R3000 e ho fatto varie

prove e posso settare

tutti i parametriche desidero.
