How do you choose art paper (epson cold press bright) in printer settings?

That is set in the Printer Driver dialogue rather than in Photoshop itself.

I can show this for Windows but it may differ for Mac

Go to Photoshop > File >Print> Print Settings which will open the printer driver dialogue for your printer then choose the paper type

Thanks, Dave, but the problem turned out that my printer driver was not up to date. Guess it happens sometimes when you upgrade your OS.
