I am in great problem that Element 3D objects are the only objects which are not accepting lights.
It only responds to ambient light not spot, point or parallel light.

Without any system info nobody can tell you much. Obviously E3D uses advanced OpenGL features, so chances are your graphics hardware is simply not supported, insufficient or at least not configured suitably.

I have same issue, and I solved it with below steps:
1. Pre-compose the E3D layer
2. convert it to a 3D layer
3. right click -- transform -- auto orientation -- orient towards camera

Sorry, not good advice. By precomposing, you are simply shining lights on a flat plane that contains the Element 3D render.
Element 3D has the ability to use After Effects lights within it's 3D environment, but unfortunately, toddchi's suggestion is not a true fix for the problem in this thread.

I had the same issue after precomping E3D along with lights and camera. In the new comp, I dargged light layers to the right till I saw the shadows. Apparently these layers have a seemless end.

These are the typical texture and comp settings required to cast shadows in Element 3D. I've shown all of the properties that I have modified.
