She bought an adobe plan for a CC lightroom, but my computer does not support this version.
my computer has only 32 bit.
Can I change the payment plan and use the older version of the lightroom?

What exact plan did you purchase. There are 2 for 2 different versions of LR.

Both require a 64 bit OS to use the newest versions.
