Having trouble with photoshop recognizing Star Stax.

I downloaded Star stax and when photoshop loads it says photo shop 2018 could not complete my request because it does not recognize this type of file.

Star Stax seems to be a completely separate app that you install outside Photoshop. It shouldn't affect it.

Did you install Star Stax successfully (I see it has no installer)? Does it run ok?

Do you mean StarStax?  That is a program to stack and blend image with to show star trails Earth rotates.

Yes sir! When I download that program does photoshop have anything to with it? Should I just save that file to windows explorer? I’m kind of new to this and wanted to try it. I know how to stack star trails in photoshop just thought I would try Starstax.

Its a computer application.  You would need to install the application to use it.
