No Navigation Panel when Saving

Hi - When I saved an Acrobat file, the Save window used to have a navigation panel on the left, where I could navigate to a subfolder without opening all the higher level folders first. Now that panel has disappeared, and I have to open each folder before I can get into a subfolder. Does anyone know how I can get the navigation panel back?

Thanks in advance for any help.

Your version of Acrobat is very old, not supported by Adobe anymore and not compatible with your OS, so problems like that are to be expected.

The very least you should do is update it to the latest update available (9.5.5, in your case). You can get the updates from here:

ftp://ftp.adobe.com/pub/adobe/acrobat/win/9.x/

You need to download and install them one by one, in ascending order.

Also, you should try running the application in Compatibility Mode with an earlier OS version, like Windows 7.
