duplex scanning many pages interrupt

I use a Multi Function Center from Brother (MFC-L8650CDW). The firmware is topical:

Main-Firmware Version P

Sub1-Firmware-Version 1.02

Sub2-Firmware-Version J1605111800

Sub4-Firmware-Version 1.00

Besides i use the operatingsystem Mac OS 10.13.1 (17B1003)

If i scan many pages in duplex, after second page the scanprocess interrupt.

For Acrobat i use the following version:

Architecture: x86_64

Build: 15.6.30394.253961

AGM: 4.30.72

CoolType: 5.14.5

JP2K: 1.2.2.39492

Where is the problem, how can I solve the problem?

If the issue persists, please refer the preferences of Acrobat, to reset the preferences, refer to How to reset Acrobat Preference settings to default. Link: https://forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-8511

Reboot the machine and see if this brings any difference.

If the issue is still not resolved, please use Acrobat cleaner tool to remove Acrobat Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs Link: https://labs.adobe.com/downloads/acrobatcleaner.html

Reboot the machine and install Acrobat from Download Pro or Standard versions of Acrobat DC, 2017, XI, or X Link: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-downloads.html
