Too small view of image on screen.

Since the last update of Photoshop, when I open an image, it is in the view of 0.3%. How can I fix it?

Are you using Application Frame?  Make sure your application framing has enough space to open it.

If not, just make sure to turn Application Frame off (Windows/Application Frame)

Try a reset: Preferences > General
