Bug found - PS libraries panel very small on hdpi screens

i found this error on last PS (CC 2018) edition.
Libraries panel remain too small to be readable on HIDPI Screens (i use a Dell M3800 notebook with an NVIDIA Quadro K100M)

Which CC 2018 version 19.0 or 19.1? What does menu Help>System Info show?

I do not use libraries bur when I look in the libart panels on my surface pro 3 the font look to be at the sane size as other panels I set windows scaling to 150%. Is your Dell runninf Windows 10 Creators Edition?

i don't know why but today it is working well with right dimension
