Bug in Full Screen View with Menu Bar

Since the last Photoshop CC 2018 upate I have noticed an annoying bug. When I select "Full Screen Mode with Menu bar" view, I only see a small rectangle of my file/artwork in the top left of the screen, the rest of my canvas is black. If I zoom in and out it zooms inside this rectangle only. The only way to correct it is to resize the window. Very annoying. Please fix this.

HItting Tab a few times corrects the issue and centers the image, thank you for the tip. I still hope that Adobe fixes this and also removes the annying snapping to the middle feature in upcoming updates.

As do a lot of other affected Photoshop users, including me.

Unfortunately it will likely take some time for an update to be released.

HItting Tab a few times corrects the issue

Does turning off »Use Graphics Processor« in the Performance Preferences (Photoshop > Preferences > Performance > Graphic Processor Settings) and restarting Photoshop have any bearing on the issue?

Actually I didn't even try that as I went straight for the Tab solution. Also I use rotate canvas a lot so I kind of would like to keep the Graphics Processor active. Thanks again.

The 19.1.1 update seems to address the issue.
