Select and Mask Workspace is not showing options

Everytime I select the and go to the select and mask workspace, it doesn't show the options of transparency and other which are supposed to be there,

Hi try resetting Select and Mask

Click on the down arrow

And select this

Can you show a screenshot of your select and mask workspace. Your screenshot does not show that space.
