Hi,
I am sure this has been asked but looking for a more recent answer.
Recently I moved from a Surface Pro 4 to a 2010 Macbook Pro 15” due to a number of personal reasons.
The Mac, running High Sierra was running ridicules, slow is an understatemen.
I‘ve downgraded the OS back to Mountain Lion, knowing that the MacBook will run efficiently with this OS.
However, I’m a Graphic Designer and can not go without Adobe CC
Can I install an older version based on my OS?
2018 is beautifup, amazing features I will miss but my circumstances have changed.
Please help!

As I understand, you have downgraded the MAC version and wish to know if Adobe Creative Cloud apps would work fine or not.

yes.
install the cc desktop app from here https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud and it will offer only those versions compatible with your os.
