Hi all.

Not sure if this is where it occurred, but I can no longer shift click in ACR to auto set black and white point. It works fine in the latest Lightroom.

I have reset preferences file but that did not resolve the issue.

Regards,

Steve

You mean setting auto black and white points with the Whites and Blacks sliders in acr Basic panel?

If so, you Shift+Double Click on the sliders.

Correct, but it has stopped working.  I reverted to the previous version, still does not work.  Rest preferences, still does not work

What operating system are you using?

What version of camera raw?

And you are Shift+Double Clicking not just Shift+Single Clicking?

Shift double click PS 2018 19.1.1 ACR 10.  Tried PS 19.1.0 and PS CC 2014 with ACR 9.12.1.  Still the same

Seems to work ok here using win 10 x64 with photoshop cc 2018 (19.1.1) and camera raw 10.2.

You reset the camera raw preferences?

An easy way is to hold down the Shift+Alt+Ctrl keys while going to File>Recent and clicking on a camera raw file

then the Camera Raw preferences rest should appear.

Found the problem, I was shift double clicking on the slider label, not the slider.  Got confused with the LR interface.

Steve
