i have updated my adobe cc from 2017 to 2018, but my application dont show welcome screen, just a blank, there any solution to fix that ?

Maybe try clearing preferences during start up.

On Windows hold shift/ctrl/alt while the application is starting up.

On Mac hold shift/cmd/option while the application is starting up.
